Thomas J. Ryan founded the agency in 1977. Mr. Ryan has extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and has won several distinguished awards. Some of the carriers that have chosen to honor the Agency on his behalf are: West Bend Mutual, Auto-Owners, General Casualty, The Travelers, Lafayette Life, American Community and CNA to name a few.

Pat joined Ryan-Reum Insurance Agency in February of 2011. With over 25 years of sales and management experience in the auto and truck rental business, Pat is a valuable asset to the agency. Pat's prior experience in the auto industry includes the initiation and operation of an independent RV Dealership. Pat's ability to provide customer service has allowed her to acquire and maintain numerous loyal accounts. As a customer service representative with Ryan-Reum Insurance Agency, Pat works closely with our policyholders to service all of their personal insurance needs.

Brett K. Reum is a graduate of the University of Vermont, with a bachelors of science degree in Business Administration. Brett received his MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management specializing in Finance/Accounting. Brett joined the Agency as Partner in 1994. He has also been honored by various carriers and has been invited to serve on their behalf through special task forces. His knowledge of the insurance industry is extensive with his area of expertise in Commercial/Business insurance.

Jennifer has been with the agency since 1998. Jennifer specializes in bonds and large commercial accounts for just about any event or business need. Jennifer is pleasant and always willing to provide the utmost in customer satisfaction. Her knowledge and training have made her one of our key partner in the commercial lines.

Holly has been with the agency since 1992. Holly is knowledgeable and pleasant and always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right the first time. Holly has extensive knowledge with home, auto, dwelling fire, and personal property insurance.
