Thomas J. Ryan founded the agency in 1977. Mr. Ryan has extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and has won several distinguished awards. Brett K. Reum is a graduate of the University of Vermont, with a bachelors of science degree in Business Administration. Brett received his MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management specializing in Finance/Accounting. Brett joined the Agency as Partner in 1994. He has also been honored by various carriers and has been invited to serve on their behalf through special task forces. Bernard E. Ryan is a graduate of the Southern Illinois University at Carbondale with a Bachelors of Science degree. Bernard's proven track record and dedication to client satisfaction have increased his customer base two-fold in 12 months. He is a team player who knows his marketplace. Denis has over 20 years of experience as a successful business owner. His in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, and ability to understand both sides of the transaction gives Denis a keen sense of his client's needs. Since joining the agency in early 2002, Denis has quickly become the top sales agent in the area. Our commitment to our clients is such that all Customer Service Representatives are licensed insurance agents. Our Sales Representatives cannot be in the office at every moment. We believe that when our clients call or stop in for insurance, they need not be told to call back later. Our CSR's have the training and knowledge to fulfill any insurance requirement. Holly has been with the agency since 1992. Holly is knowledgeable and pleasant and always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right the first time. 	Mandi joined the agency in early 2000. She has extensive experience in the business world. Her background includes banking, restaurant, trucking and retail. Jennifer has been with the agency since 1998. Jennifer specializes in bonds and large commercial accounts for just about any event or business need. The newest member of our staff, Natalie Engelman has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Governors State University. In addition, Natalie has nine years of experience in the insurance industry. She is well versed in both personal lines and commercial lines insurance. In conjunction with her experience and background, Natalie has excellent communication skills and a great rapport with our clientele.
